When I had my 260 I had flatworms... BAD....

So when I upgraded tanks, I flatworm exit dipped each rock for 20 minutes at 4x the recommended concertration.

I thought I had gotten rid of them, but the other day I saw 4 of them by the magnet. They are not on or around the corals or rock.

I do have a leopard & 6 line wrasse that arre supposed to eat the little buggers.

Should I Flatworm exit the entire tank?

The only cure that I have found for flatworms is flatworm exit and I have done it before on my 125 gallon setup. I have never had a problem, but I did have to up the recomended dose to make it work.

If you only see a few. Try not feeding your tank for 2-3 days if poss. The wrasses might take care of them. If you decide to treat w/ fw exit, I would also up the recomended dosage. Make sure to take a powerhead and blow all around your rocks during the treatment. Get those buggers out into the water colomn.

I'd follow the directions, but it's not a surprise that some of them made it through. Make sure to siphon out/manually remove as many as you can if you treat in-tank.

If you only see a few you should treat it now before they multiply.

Agree - treat it asap with FWE.. I had a horrid outbreak last year in my 24g aquapod and FWE did wonders.. it took a few treatments, but it worked. I've since upgraded to a 75g and still no flatworms.. knock on wood.

Go for it. It's fun to watch those little buggers die. Killing them now will release very little toxin into the water as compared to when you have a bunch of them.

Here is another option to FWE.
