Any plans for major upgrade of the RSM skimmer?

Are there any plans to upgrade the Red Sea Max protein skimmer to a more efficient model, say one not requiring all the modifications to get it to skim properly. A majority of people like myself have actually replaced the the skimmer with the Tunze nano doc 9002 skimmer. I would however not mind using on that is specifially designed for the Max.

The Max skimmer works well for the majority of users and we have thousands of customers running really great unmodified systems. However we are always looking to improve every aspect of any product we manufacture. There are a series of Max upgrades / add-ons in development right now. Some will be suitable for existing Max's, and some may only be possible if we introduce a new version. As soon as I have some firm information Reef Central will be right up there in finding out.
