Roger,
Just returned from vacation, found one of my 6100s had broken loose from it's swivel arm (6080.40). I reassembled it, but it won't stay attached. I cannot determine if the swivel arm has just worn down, or if it is the groove on the pump housing. Any suggestions? should I just get a couple new swivel arms and see if that will fix the issue? (I have two 6100s so would want to go ahead and replace both)...

It could be either but the most common cause is when you slide in the 6080.40, make sure all teeth are in the groove, it has 6 "teeth" and if they slide in at an angle a few may be above the groove. A quick tip that will really secure the pump though it takes some experience to pull off everytime, heat the underside of the 6080.40 gently over a stove, just get it soft but don't melt it. Hold it above the burner, don't set it on fire for sure and hold it with some rubber handled pliers. Then, slap it down on a cutting board and it will flare out the teeth just a bit and it will then be very secure. The goal is to just broaden the teeth about 0.5mm

Thanks Roger - I'll try the "heat and slap" technique.
If it doesn't work or I botch the job, I'll just order a couple from ya...

LoL melted one side.
Oh well, nothing lost that wasn't already.

Can you send me a couple?

I got your order, should I send the 6080.40 now, the 6200.23 are on backorder for 2 weeks. Premium Aquatics does stock these parts.

Got the new brackets and installed.
The new style brackets are great, Roger. I love the offset - allowing for a wider angle of rotation, and the mounting screw holds it firmly. Great innovation!
