Koralia Nano-Stopped working???? HELP!!!!

I have 2 Koralia Nano's in my tank and when i got home today one of them is just not working now? I took it out of the tank and cleaned it real well, then plugged it back in and nothing?!?!?!?

Any idea's why this would happen? Is there anything i can do to fix it???

maybe the motor on it burnt out? how old is it? Im sure koralia has a customer service you can call or Email. you should talk to the place you bought it from

Hey bro, sucks to hear that... but yes Hydor has EXCELLENT customer service! E-mail Frank Moore.. sounds like you have his contact info but if not let me know. He sent me a replacement Koralia 4 no questions asked (bought it used and it worked for about 4 hours then quit..) Sent out mine on a Friday via priority mail ($5) and received the replacement in the mail the following Friday. Hope you experience the same... good luck!

BTW hows the peppermint shrimp? is he doing his job?
