Maxcap leaking

Hi All

I purchased the Maxcao RO/DI unit a couple of months ago. I did the startup routine by removing the the DI cartridges in order. The problem I am having is that now the Maxcap has a slow drip from both cartridge holders. I have tried to tighten them down but still I get a slow constant drip.

Did I miss a step?

I check for cross threading and the o rings seem to be fine.
