My order is N9314073-1. It's listed as delivered but guess what? It's not here. Why doesn't that surprise me? Oh ya, because you guys used FedEx SmartPost and they delivered it to the post office who promptly lost it. How not surprising. I thought I might have overreacted last week but it turns out I didn't. I would appreciate someone at DFS figuring this out and letting me know where the USPS has "delivered" my item.

Taken care of. Excellent customer service by the the DFS staff. If the order ever shows up I will promptly return the lost items. More the fault of the post office than DFS.
