Hi,

I was wondering if you have changed shipping company/method? I've always been very pleased with your fast shipping through FedEx, even standard. It seems like my current order is taking longer than usual to arrive. Also, I'm not able to track it using the tracking number provided.

Usually I had my order in 2 days, now it takes about week or more. What’s up ??????????????????
