Help with Remora Skimmer

I bought a used Remora skimmer recently. I have the collection cup as high as it will go and it still fills the cup up with mostly water in a couple of hours. Any suggestions? Thanks

Skimmers generally go through a "break in" period. are you dosing anything that would cause it to go haywire?

I have a Remora in my attic....for the same reason. Never got anything good out of that skimmer. Never could adjust cup properly or, they just suck. Just my opinion.

I believe you need to adjust the spray bar screw as you are getting more water than froth. Try emailing them for help.
