Does anyone have one, know where to buy one, or have good plans for making one? Thanks.

Are you looking for a gravity fed one? If so, I bought mine from glass-holes.com. It works pretty good and is quiet as long as the pipe output from the overflow to the sump has very few elbows and/or interruptions. They have packages that include the glass hole cutter if you are interested in DIY.
