Chiller for 58 gal tank?

Anyone have any thoughts on a chiller for my 58 gallon tank?

I have asked this question not long ago and got the response of the Tradewind. Personally it is out of my price range, approx 600. I have found some Pacific coast chillers 1/10 hp in the 350 price range. I have had a hard time finding the 1/10 hp used online unfortunatly.
