How on earth do I get the anemone off a rock. Most if his body is located inside a hole in a LR. I want to move him to another tank, so I can cook the rock he is on??? Any ideas?

Move the whole rock. You're more likely to injure the anemone than safely remove it. I wouldn't take the chance.

Why do you want to cook the rock?

Im thinking I may just leave that rock alone. The rock is full of aptasia, and a few other things. I am moving everything into a new larger tank. I wanted to start nice and fresh.

blow a power head at it's foot for a couple minutes it should get agitated and release

if you want to get the anemone, move the rock in the tank in an attempt to make the anemone uncomfortable. It will move to find a better spot for flow/lighting needs. if you put it kind of on it's side, you may get the anemone to move for you to a place you can remove it, but I wouldnt leave it there for more than a week (if it doesnt uproot).
