New to Skimming - Which Skimmer?

I'm looking to complete my sump build but sitll shopping for a protein skimmer, I've came down to these skimmers:

Aqua Medic Turboflotor Hang On Protein Skimmer

Or

AquaC Urchin In-Sump Protein Skimmer w/ Drain Fitting + Maxi-Jet 1200 Pump


My tank is a 37G tank with a 20G long sump.
The sump design is first chamber with live rock and a filter sock then second chamber is for the protein skimmer then third chamber will be a 6-8" long refugium with dsb / chaeto / light, then the last chamber after the baffles to take out the bubbles will be for the return pump with a fan on top to keep the temps cool.

The Aquamedic is fairly large so it'll be external as a HOB; where the urchin will be in sump.

I have used a turbofloater and loved it. My pump recently went leaky on voltage with that skimmer though.... very sad day! That was an aquabee pump, they don't make them anymore, so if the new pumps work half as good as the aquabee I would highly recomend the turbofloater, especially if you ever want to upgrade.
