40L could mean 40 liter, meaning roughly 20g or it could mean 40 long, meaning 40 g. Please make that clear in your posts, because a mistaken impression on the part of people advising you could be fatal.
40g is ok; 40 long is ok; 40 gal; 40 lit, etc. But just be careful, for your own sake.
