I have a open brain, xenia, montipora, kenya tree and blue mushroom.

How often should I feed brine shrimp to the brain and muchroom?

How often to give the other some Photoplex?

Only thing I see there that I would feed would be the open brain. I'd put one silver side in it per week. That's about it. Xenia and Kenya trees will grow in a toilet, if you put a light on it. Shrooms are very hardy as well. Monti needs good lighting and flow more that food IME. Not sure about phytoplex, but some lugols solution (iodine) would benefit the shrooms, kenya, and xenia.

Hope it helps.

Instead of a silver side can I use a piece of shrimp? I feed my nem shrimp once a week.

I think the brain has two sections. Feed each or are they the same thing?

I have had one for only one week, but i made somethng easy to concentrate the food over them with only a little effort.
Take a piece of tubing from your return line or water change line and attach it to a funel, Place the whole thing in your tank with the funel over the coral and use a turkey baster to suck up the food and place it in the tub and squirt. it also works great for any other coral you truly want to spot feed.
