I have had this red chalice for about three weeks now and have been unable to coax it to eat, I turn off my pumps and lay food on it but nothing happens. I have only tried to feed it w/ the lights off once, and I have never seen any tentacles on it , even at night. I am starting to see some tissue recession, I hope from not eating. All my param's are cherry and it is placed in the middle of my 34g RSM. I have a acan at this level that is going of and plenty other acros that grow like weeds. Any suggestions??????

Thanks

Don't even worry about it, chalices don't need to eat. I don't feed mine and they've been doing well

I have seen my chalice get recession due to high light. Can something be stinging it?

nothing is close enough to sting it. Maybe I try some shade..
