If Time > 23:00 Then C02 OFF at 11:00 but still watch PH ?

Yes, it can be done but you have to do it slightly different. In the AC 'time' statements are always evaluated before all other statements and since order matters you must use a dummy timer (e.g., a timer connected to nothing) to get the control you ask for.

Create a dummy timer:

DUM - P01

And add program lines to control the dummy timer:

If Time > 11:00 Then DUM ON
If Time > 23:00 Then DUM OFF

If pH > 06.30 Then C02 ON
If pH < 06.25 Then C02 OFF
If Timer DUM = OFF Then C02 OFF

What this will do it to turn off C02 after 23:00 and keep it off until 11:00. I'm not sure I understand what you are wanting to do.
