Whats the best placement for Armageddons?

I have a 55 gallon tank w/ 2 175 watt M.H. and 2 116 watt Vhos. How close to the top should I put my Armageddons? Also do these guys like a lot of flow or do they not really care?

Got mine bout 12 inches below my 250 watt halide in a 30 gal. w high flow and I feed them a lot. They grow pretty dang fast for me
