I have a MAXCAP unit that I picked up used from a guy. He said the filters (all) were 3 months old. The unit is obviously full of water but it will be awhile before I am ready to use it. I'm waiting on my new house to be finished before I start using this unit (I have a CSP-DI that I'm using in the mean time). So, my question is how should I store this unit and filters while I'm waiting for my house to be done? It could be a few months before it sees any use. TIA.
