Hi, I know you are running behind on production of the Litermeter, but any idea when most retailer stock will be replenished?

Thank you for your patience. This has been painful. However, they have begun going out the door starting last week. We are still behind but working hard to catch up. Thanks for bearing with us. It should be worth the wait- All new LM and accesories will have our latest GEN 5 pump which is even quieter and longer lasting than our older LM pumps. Not official yet, but we may be going with a limited life time warranty on the pumps and tubing in the near future (yes they are that good).

At the moment, it is 5 years for the original owner.

Thanks Scott! Do you think this will happen by the end of the year? I plan to buy one and a remote pump for 2 part dosing before end of year. Just wondering if I should wait.

We are holding at the five year warranty for the foreseeable future after further consideration of the complex legal status of offering "limited lifetime" warranties. On the plus side, our five year warranty, short of user caused failure, is a bumper to bumper warranty that we stand behind. This forum is full of our service success and the reputation for this product. This newer unit has the most rugged tubing assembly we have ever produced, in our ultra high precision machined pump that we make using aerospace machining technology. In short, we think it is the best unit made period. More importantly, check the forum for our customers feedback on the litermeter line of products. Our goal is to make the best.

We will have LM3s very soon. All parts are in house and being assembled.

Thanks! I'm somwhat confused with the "newer unit" Bruce mentioned two posts up and Scott's "We will have LM3s very soon". I just looked at bulkreefsupply.com and premiumaquatics.com and they both have LM3 in stock, are they not the "newer unit" (I guess the "newer unit" = "latest GEN 5 pump", correct?) you described here?
And I guess I'll need to buy RO tubing separately or does it come with it?

Yes, they are all the same, now. The LM3 comes with 12 feet of 1/4" poly tubing you can cut up any way you want.
