where should i drill the tank for the over flow??? dead center so i can have a T spliting to the fuge and sump? how close can i get to the top of the tank when drilling??

Glass-holes.com has great instructions on how and where to drill, as well as all the parts you'll need (bulkheads, overflow boxes, drill bits)

cant really find where to drill my hole so i will leave it up to you guys! i am going to be drilling on hole for my over flow i have 2 seperate tanks 2 20 gallons one sump one fuge where should i drill my hole?
