I have many overgrown corals in a 300 gal tank that need a new home. I've a 180g that was set up several months ago and is ready for new occupants. However, the large system has flatworms. Any advice on ways to completely rid corals of any hiding worms short of a quarantine tank treatment? Are any dips effective so I can immediately transfer animals from one tank to another? Thanks in advance for any help.

freshwater will work the best.
if you have corals that do not tolerate fw dips, i would use salifert flat worm removal in a high concentration.

But not flatworm exit in a dip situation. It'll need time to work IME...

Best bet, a 'short term' quarentine setup Think kiddypool overnight if that's big enough.

if you have room for a new fish (and who doesn't?), a canary wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus) worked wonders for me.

I am with ezcompany. If you use flatworm exit use at least double the recommended dosage for at least 45 minutes (minimum).

and be ready for large water changes, if you have a large population of worms it may be trouble to your water parameters.
