AC3 problem

Hello, I am having a problem with the temp and PH on my AC3. Two days ago I noticed that the temp is 11 degrees off(68) and the PH is 2.5 off (5.5). I have unplugged the unit trying to reset it and that does not help and have tried the self test and it tested ok. Any ideas? Thank you Eric

It sounds suspiciously like a ground loop; do you have anything connected to the serial port or IO port? If so try unplugging it.

Have you calibrated the PH probe; just to veify that it isn't the PH probe? Outside of that it sounds like a call to Neptune support may be in your future...

I had a similar problem. All my readings were wacky. I replaced the temp probe and all readings got back on par.

I hope it's that easy. There is nothing plugged into the serial port or the IO port, and I unplugged the PH and ORP probes separately and no change. I guess I will have to talk with Kurt at Macna. Eric
