Going to build this simple RIF

I know it may not be the greatest, but this is my first one so I want to give it a try.

My question is what else do I need? Don't skimp on the details. The plumbing is where I lack the most knowledge. Which pipes do I use? What is an overflow? Where does it go? How do I prevent flooding?

I assume your tank is not drilled, right? So this is going on the 75?

Tank is not and cannot be drilled. Tempered glass.

Yes, the 75 is my DT and my ref is a 10 gal.
