I need help on how to plump my chiller into my system. Not sure if I should "T" off from my return pump and send some of the clean water to the chiller and loop it back to the sump for return. Or if I should send all of the return pump to the chiller and then directly back to the display tank. The only concern with the second option is if the chiller will be able to have enough contact time with the water to properly cool it while still maintaining an aggressive flow rate to the tank. My pump is a Panworld px-x100
Thanks

I run a separate pump for the chiller since they have specific flow requirements and restrict the flow more then I wanted to run directly through it.
So I would either T off or run a separate pump.

Either way should be fine though as long as you meet your flow requirements for the chiller my 1/5 is pretty wide 480/1320gph

I currently use your option #1 with a flow controller valve on/off water to my chiller, which provide some convenience when I need maintenance work on my chiller.

I use the same line return, but the pump is under the same rate for the chiller, I will sugest you to run clean water in it (not in the intake from the tank.
