I recently purchased a DBM-250 1/3 HP Chiller.
There was no manual in the box. It has been installed for about 10
days. I came home yesterday from work and found that my water
temperature was 62 deg. The chiller display was reading 99.99 and it
was still cooling. I unpluged it. When I plug it back in the reading was
jumping up and down then it went to E.11. I looked at the manual
online and it does not say anything about this error reading. I tried
to adjust the chiller to read the correct water temperature. After
pressing the up and down buttons together the CA changes to 99.9 and it can't be adjusted, it does nothing at all when I press the down
button.
I urgently need assistance. My water temperature is already up to 82 degrees.
