When you use RO/DI water should you still use Prime to be on the safe side or not ?

Don't mean to hijack but if your city water is very clean can you use Prime instead of RODI? I did a TDS a long time ago and it was very low, don't exactly recall what it was, should do it again.

With tds reading over 10 is bad for your fish tank but that just me 2 cents so low then 10 you should be ok

Thanks, I didn't know what the exact level is. I will have to measure again. What is average in the US for TDS in tap?
