I'm sure this has been asked before, but here goes:

Is there anyone out there using an ACIII that can view the graphs generated by the internal web server? I can get them on Aquanotes lite just fine, but the web server applets don't work on my home computer as well as my work computer. I have a Mac at home (with both Firefox and Safari) and a PC at work, and neither of them can display the graphs. Other web server features work, such as status, program editor, data log, etc.

Make sure you have JRE (Java Runtime Environment) installed on your computer. You can get the latest version from www.java.com

I have this same problem and have the latest JRE. Still no graphs.

Yep, I have the latest Java, and it fails to work on three different browsers- Safari, Firefox, and Explorer.

Is there someone from Neptune around to help?

Turn on the java console (in java control panel/Advanced Tab) and see if there are any errors messages. If you have an old firmware in the controller, then you may need to update the web pages as there was an incomatibility between the java applet, and version 1.6 of the JRE. You can download the latest firmware from www.neptunesys.com .

I'm getting an error when trying the firmware update. Error: Port 69 already in use

Thank you, finally. I will update the latest firmware. Funny, since I just bought this unit a week ago and it was shipped direct from Neptune.

My new error message is "Formatting flash......can't open"
Cant open
Cant open
Cant open

Thats what I get and it hangs up.

corwando,
If you just purchased it from us, then it does have the latest web pages already installed. Look at the java console log, and email me the error/problem displayed.

Saltman,
It sounds like you didn't extract all the files contained in the firmware update, and the loader can't find the web pages.

Thanks, Curt! It turns out that after I flashed the web pages, it worked beautifully.
