I am extremely pleased with the quality of my recent livestock order and your very responsive customer service. All the fish looked healthy and ate quickly with the exception of one very sensitive wrasse. I do not blame LA that he failed to acclimate and died after a few days. However, I was very pleased and surprised when I recieved a full credit back on my card!
I have had good experiences with LA orders in the past, but a few months ago I made an order with a different sponsor to take advantage of a sale. Never again!
Long story short, my entire order from the other vendor died from an extremely virulent, hypo-resistant strain of ich. I used resulting credit for these dead fish to make a replacement order. The fish in second order came in with an amyloodinium infection, and I received acropora infected with redbugs. I understand parasites are part of the hobby, but this is ridiculous! I explained the situation to the vendor, but they refused to offer a refund. Now I have a credit I'll never use...
