384 Watts i whant to know if this will be good watts for a 46 gallon bow and what kind of coral i could keep under this light

anything but SPS. You could keep some monti caps and less demanding SPS but not a full fledged SPS tank. I dont get why anyone would buy it though. It cost about $450 and the bulbs will cost $160 to replace unless you buy inferior cheaper bulbs(typically every 6 months for pc). The 36" Nova extreme pro T5 HO cost $320, the bulbs will cost $100 to replace but last double the time, you'll consume less energy (234w vs 384w), you can keep SPS due to the superior penetration of T5 HO lighting and you have a endless selection of bulbs and combinations for the look you want where doing anything but the stock sunpaq current pc bulbs will be a down downgrade.

yes but my friend its going to give it to me for 110$ but the coral will be ok but not sps

It that case its a steal. Thats alot of wattage as far as pc lighting over a 46g goes. You'll have no problems keeping anything else. you should be able to keep at least some montipora species fairly easily though I'd stay away from the super colored and exotic ones.
