They are similar, but not the same, color pattern and fin shape is different. That doesn't mean they are different species, but I would bet they are not. The possibility is they are different ages, or come from a different location, and are the same species, but I think they are different, usually if they are just different locals, or ages the tails would match better.

the one in the first pic is a new flasher that was just found it does not have a name yet..the 2nd pic looks like a hybrid of a yellow fin and a filamented..it kinda has a lunate tail but has an all yellow anal fin..might be just a yellow fin but it is on of those two..and no those two pics are not of the same fish
