What is the reason for my tank pH of getting higher? for last few months my tank pH is getting to 8.44 from 8.34. Any concern or any way to keep it low or stable?

When was the last time you calibrated your pH meter?

Your pH levels are acceptable for sure. Many reefers (myself included) wish we could maintain pH that high!

I calibrated it about 4 months back. I guess recently I increased the ventilation to avoid humidity during these hot days that may be one of the reasons for bringing the pH level to higher but looks like it's still in acceptable range.

You should calibrate about every 30 days. I would calibrate your pH meter before you do anything. It may be that is why your pH is higher.:)

I calibrated it about 4 months back.

For very precise measurements, it's recommended that one recalibrates a pH meter/probe every several hours

I'd recalibrate at least every few weeks to keep the error from electrode drift under ~0.1 units.

I agree. You should check your measurements and be sure of them. Also, it would be helpful to know what you are dosing?

8.0 is not really low at all and is quite acceptable IMO. :)
