Just wondering if you had any blue hippos in. I have a 90 gallon that has been up and running for only 3 weeks. I bought 75 pds of curred rock for you and have notseen a rise in anything(nitrates, amonia, nitrites ph 8.2). I'm assuming the tank is ready for fish. Thanks

No Hippos right now but they are expected soon. I would not recommend this as your first fish in a new tank.

Thanks, What would you recomend? I have a couple common clowns in my 29 g that have survived the main learning curve, would they work for now? When in general would a tank be ready for a blue hippo? 90g, 75lbs live rock, sump w/skimmer, 260w PC, and rodi water system.

I would look at Damsels- including Clownfish, Dottybacks, Blennys, Gobies, Wrasses, Cardinalfish, and Hawkfish as families of fish that have many good choices for first fish in a new tank. The Clowns you have are fine.
I would try to formulate a plan as to what fish you would like to have. This may influence what type of fish you buy and the order of introduction to the tank.
I would wait a good 6- 8 weeks before introducing the Hippo.
