Clown fish help , lost skin

I need help with my clown fish its a ocellaris clown fish and I noticed that on his right fin it looks like the skin is comming off? is this possible ? It looks like a ball of flesh no skin. It is noticeable and i have been trying to take a pic but its not turing out well i will continue to try and get pics and when i do ill post them.
ANY help would be great

that you for that, it looks like it could be skin irration or a fungus , how would i know one it is for shure tho ?
