this product you have on your site shows the hose setup in a way that may cause problems.

as you can see, the ATO hose end is under water. if the pump were to pump water into the tank with higher water level, it would create a syphon that would drain water from the main tank back into the topoff tank, which would switch the top off back on, and so on.
i had this happen to me before, luckly i had no problems caused.
i thought i would bring this to your attention because a lot of customers may try setting it up AS SHOWN in the picture.
