T4 and lighting help setting up canopy

i am installing my lights into my new canopy i built. i have a 125 gallon tank i am setting up. i have a 72" current with 3x 150watt mh 14K bulbs. i am going to purchase phonix14k bulbs someone gave me a good deal on. also i have 2x 6' T5 buls and 2x 4' VHO should i try to install all of these or i was thinking just the MH and the T5.

what are good fans i could use that are quite and adjust to temperature?

Icecap makes some nice ones.

Yes I would install at least two, one pulling the air and one pushing. I would also cut vents in the rear of the canopy so air can exhaust there too.

Not sure if it's true anymore but I think VHO actinics are the best actinics you can get so I would go with the VHO if that's what you're using them for. I personally run a 1x150w MH with 2x24" T5HO actinics on my 20L tank. I'm currently upgrading to a 75 gallon cube and I'm just going to use a 36" 2x150 Sunpod fixture with moon lights.
