hes had hlle for a year now,but now it looks like hes going blind.
can that happen?

can this hlle be healed?

Yes it can be healed.

What are your water perimeters? You water needs to be pristine. Is the tang in the 155g? Is he being picked on?

Some people have used Vitaman C to help their fish heal from HLLE. That and very clean water :)

HLLE can be easily cured with spot on water parameters and a correct diet. What are your params and what do you feed? Also, what is your fish stock?

Green stuff man, GREEN STUFF:)

Vitamin soaked greenies of any variety he will eat should do it - but be patient.

I would step up water changes to all you can safely do weekly to get to perfect water quality if it's not there.

Oxygenation is another potential key. All you can get baby -----
