I'm having troubles with my TLF Phosban Reactor. After about 2 weeks of running the filter pads for the reactor plug up and float the media to the top. The pads get screwed up and allow media past. Would it be possible to put the media in a filter sock and then into the reactor? This way I could easily take the media out and clean then pads and then put media back in. What do you think?
Thanks

I think that would kind of defeat the reactor by putting a sock in there. The phosban is supposed to tumble. Maybe consider using a filter sock on the drain line to catch the large stuff that clogs the reactor before it has a chance to enter the reactor.
