A halide bulb I purchased stopped functioning after a month. Called customer service and they are sending out a replacement today and providing painless return shipping of the bad bulb. I sure am glad I made this purchase from DFS and will continue to use them for all my online purchases. Couldn't be happier with how they handled this situation. No hassle, that's what I like!
