hi everybody,
i got a 4 inch crocea that for some reason keeps on digging and digging itself deeper into my DSB. naturally everytime he does that, it makes a huge mess in the tank.
should i try moving him somewhere else or just continue to let him dig till he stops?
thanks in advance,
johnny

i wouldnt worry about it, i have a maxima that buried itself almost all the way up to its mantle, i believe they stop when they feel secure. i wouldnt disrupt it.

Thanks for the advice. i'll leave it be for now. i actually tried putting a piece of rock under the sand right below it. i was wondering if it was trying to find a place to attach. i'll see how that works later.
thanks again!

Bear in mind that crocea's are found on/in live rock in the wild. Your's might be trying to find something substantial to attach to!
