150W 10K HQI bulbs

I am looking for the thread on here where the guy compared all the MH bulbs??? I am looking to buy 150 W 10K replacement bulbs for my aqualight pro on my 90G. So I would like to know which ones provide the best PAR to enhance Frag growth. Thanks for the help.

I like the Ushio 150 watt 10K HQI bulb. Good, white color, good growth.

I have used the Aqualine Busch 10K HQI with good results.
