View Full Version : Stand Pipes & Overflows?

I'm currently setting up a 120g AGA Reef Ready tank. It has two sets of overflows, each is drilled with a 1" and a 1.5" hole. I'm planning on using the two 1.5" holes as drains to the sump, and using standpipes in these. My question is, what is commonly used to RETURN water inside of the overflow box (i.e. the opposite of a standpipe)? Is there a company that makes a product to this end?

there's a water return pipe which you connect to the pump in your sump to return water to the display. Its basically a PVC pipe with an elbow and a length of line loc hose on top to direct the flow in the display
