I have the red sea 200mg deluxe controller and it is not working. The meter display saids that the orp is at 460 with or without the probe plugged in. i dont know what can be wrong. What should the meter read without any probe plugged in. the probe is only 3 months old. i'm using it with a 500 air drier and there is no customer support. all telephone numbers are not working

They are just outside Houston. They may not have power, or the staff may not have power at their homes, after the hurricane.

Fishdave is right, the offices were hit by Ike and lost power. Please call them to resolve any issues. Thanks
