Help..Undecided on lighting

I am currently building a sweet set up, but I am stuck on what kind of lighting, I want.

I have a 180G tank, 60x24x24.
Stand and canopy are about 70% done.

I used to have (3) 250W PFO MH acouple years ago, but sold them.
My canopy is going to be approx 18 inches high. Well, I want the lights, 18 inches from the water.
I don't know if I want to go back to 250W or 400W, mogul or HQI.
I don't know much about T5's. But I grow stricky SPS.

It's been a year since I had my tank up and running. We just finished building a house. So, I really haven't decided what to do yet.

I know T5 is ok for sps, low heat, but I want maxmium growth.

I'm thinking of going back to 250's, but prefer 400W, but I don't want to have to mess with a chiller.

lol..decisions..decisions.

Any ideas?

could install fans in the canopy and in the stand over the sump instead of using a chiller

what was the temp like with the 250's? i like 400 radiums on an hqi ballast. even with central air and fans i would run a chiller for peace of mind.

Yeah, I'll probably go with a chiller.
I'm afraid..I'll probably have too..regaurdless.

I'm thinking of going 400W with 2 lumenarcs relectors.
I'll probably do dual fans in the canopy and when I build the sump, I'll have it set up, in case I want to add a chiller, which, I'm sure, I will.

I'll have my tank running for a couple of months with no lights, to let it age, allow the critters to florish.
I'm in a hurry, but all good things, come in time.

Plus, I'll be doing an eco stle system, like I did before.
I really liked the growth rate I had when the eco sytle system and no skimmer.
Everything was peachy for over 4-5 years with no problems.
I just like the more natural setting.
