drilling skimmer body

how should i drill my ASM mini-g so i can add a feed pump for my recirc mod? I think i can use a dremel to cut the hole but i want to be sure.

dremel works good. I've found lower speeds work well on acrylic.

Hole saw and a drill. Perfectly round hole with smooth edges.

^ ditto. You will need some sort of guide with a dremel. that or a realllly good eye...

The old Dremel I had had a guide for circles. It was a bar with the middle drilled out. One end became the center of the circle & you attached the Dremel to the bar. Say you want a 2" diameter circle you put the Dremel 1" out from the center point.
