would anybody here know how too convert a 9v transformer into 3 volt transformer. i was going to use a resistor to do it but everywhere i go nobody seems to know what resistor i would need.
is there another way to go about it or if i get more info about the LED's and transformer for you is there anybody who could figure out wich resistor i would need to buy?
