Interceptor treatment duration

How long can you keep the Interceptor treatment in for? I have it at about 2x strength for 24 hrs. My shrimp is dead and I still have a mexican redlegged hermit crab alive. Does the crab being alive been the dosage is not that strong?

I had the same thing in my 240.. killed some crabs,,, not all. good question

The crab will die....might not be today, tommarrow, but soon.

not necessarily true. I treated my 240 at 200% strentgt for every week for 3 weeks. killed my small emerald crabs but the big ones lived. that was a month ago and they are still fine and back to normal ..

So you are saying everyday for 3 weeks straight you had Interceptor in there. I am on about 48 hrs. and wondered If I can keep going or if I need to turn on the skimmar and/or carbon.
