Problem with Osmolator

I have a problem occuring with my osmolator. Currently i come home and notice my tank level is low and the sensor indicator light shows green and at level. Last week i cleaned my sensor with water/vinegar mix to remove the calcium buld up on it.

Does my sensor need replaced?
