Hi James, can I suggest you contact Red Sea USA and see what the deal is, as I'm not sure how issues like this are dealt with in the USA. Email: pinky@redseafish.com

Thanks for you reply.
I have already try Pinky in Houston, Texas. She was very nice but there is no repairing them here in the United States according to her. She would be more than happy to sell me 3 new ones! I did contact someone over seas who email me back--but left me hanging?
It seems to me there are other people that are in the same boat I am??
Any help you be great!
Thanks,
James

bump for alittle help. FYI Houston was a dead end. Very nice people but they have no idea how to repair a unit or how to get parts other than selling a new unit.
Any help?
Thanks,
James

sps- are these units in warranty? If so they will be replaced free of charge when you provide proof of purchase. If they are out of warranty then email me: steveh@redseafish.com and I may be able to help out.

I went through the same thing. Just gave up and use it for my main pump for a feed mode.

Yeah I never heard anything either. Worthless. Wonder if anybody on RC is an electronic guru and can fix these. They would probably make some good side money

I could never get my fixed either. I was offered by REDSEA a discount on new ones. But I could not afford the price at this time. So I am also interested if there is someone here on RC that can help with a fix.

I found this... but there's no step by step procedure.

Thanks for all the help. I was able to repair all three of my wavemaster pros. Actually the repair is now very easy after doing three! If anyone needs theirs repair I would be happy to do it (no charge) I have several extra resistors.
Thanks,
James
