Folks,

I have this weird slimy, web-like brown stuff growning under my Monty, which now seems to have affected one of my Acros. Is this RTN or flat worms or something else? Any help on how to threat this quickly would be appreciated. I am affraid this could spread all over my other SPS.

You can also see that brown spot on the bottom left of the Acro and the tissue loss. Same stuff?

Ive seen these sponges before, mainly on corals that have just lost tissue, they could be feeding off of the residual tissue left behind, i have never seen it attack healthy corals though. check for parasites on the monti.

sorry let me be clearer, how do you deal with a sponge like that? do you just scrape it off, use natural predators or what? thanks
