I live in Canada, and I cannot get Bob Smith Epoxy, which is commonly referenced as marine safe in DYI projects...

I'm sure most people have seen this amazing aquascaping of which I am trying to replicate the sand being stuck to the foam part.
So, what is here in the great white north that people have used?
